Technical Writer

Our ideal candidate

• Punctual and organized – like nothing special, but it’s important
• Proficient in Terrasoft tools and products (bpm’online/Creatio), Jira, SQL, Confluence, bitbucket
• Experience in writing technical documentation and producing video instructions
• Experience in writing test cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to easily convey complex, difficult ideas
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, a high level of English will be an advantage.

What has to be done

• Communicating with development team, testing, analysts, product owners and end user focus group
• Creation and maintenance of documentation at all stages of the product life cycle
• Refinement and improvement of already existing technical documentation
• Clarification and description of functional requirements
