What has to be done

• Interviewing customers — identifying business needs/offering the customer appropriate options for solving business tasks;
• Development and coordination of the system implementation concept;
• Development and coordination of technical design;
• Setting technical tasks for the team and quality control of the project solution;
• System interface setting;
• Protection and approval of the implemented technical solution at the client
• Agreement of processes and terms of work with the client;
• Training customers to use the system effectively
